That's why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, along with an additional 60-day warranty for all quality issues. The warranty and return period begin from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return or refund, please note the following requirements:
Your return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of order placement.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Our customer service team must pre-authorize all returns and refunds.
If you placed the wrong order or changed your mind and wish to return the product, you may be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if the return is requested more than 15 days after delivery, an 18% restocking fee will be charged.
Please note that products received by ROC PARTY in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return and will be rejected:
Any product not purchased from ROC PARTY.
Any return package that is paid on delivery.
Any product that does not match the product originally purchased.
Any product returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.
Any product returned without all original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will initiate a refund within 3–5 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you encounter any issues with the products you receive within 90 days from the purchase date, please contact our customer service team with your order ID and details of the issue. We will provide the best after-sale solution on a case-by-case basis.

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please email us at service@rocparty.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged product. We will send you a brand-new replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
We strive to assist with missing or incomplete items, but please note that we may not have stock for all parts and pieces for every product. If you’re missing a piece or received an incomplete item, please email us at service@rocparty.com with your order number and a photo of the product you’ve received. Our friendly customer service team will work to provide you with all available options. Please keep the product with you so we can assist you effectively.
As soon as possible! Once you receive a refund notification, you should see the refund reflected in your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you don’t see it within 14 business days, please contact your bank to check if the transaction is still processing.
