Shipping Rates

Where is my package?

We understand how frustrating it can be if you can’t locate your package. Please check your email or messaging platform (depending on how you completed your purchase) for a tracking number. It typically takes 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update in the system after we prepare your shipment.

If you have your tracking number, visit the carrier’s tracking site for the most up-to-date status. If the package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check nearby locations such as your apartment office, locker, or neighbor’s door.

If you’ve checked all of the above and still can’t locate your package, please email us at service@rocparty.com with your order number, and our friendly customer service team will assist you promptly!

What’s the difference between Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping?

With Standard Shipping, your order will arrive in 5–7 business days. With Expedited Shipping, your order will arrive in 2–3 business days. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not included in our shipping list at this time.

How fast is Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping for qualifying orders (order value > $49), and your order should arrive within 5–7 business days. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not included in our shipping list at this time.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

At ROC PARTY, we’re passionate about spreading joy worldwide! However, our official store currently ships only within the United States. If you have an Amazon account, please check our Amazon store to see if the product you want is available for international shipping. I made a mistake on the shipping information at checkout, how do I change that?

Mistakes happen! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the shipping information. If the order has already shipped, please contact the location listed in the shipping details to see if they can forward the package to you. Email us at service@rocparty.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
