We understand how frustrating it can be if you can’t locate your package. Please check your email or messaging platform (depending on how you completed your purchase) for a tracking number. It typically takes 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update in the system after we prepare your shipment.
If you have your tracking number, visit the carrier’s tracking site for the most up-to-date status. If the package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check nearby locations such as your apartment office, locker, or neighbor’s door.

With Standard Shipping, your order will arrive in 5–7 business days. With Expedited Shipping, your order will arrive in 2–3 business days. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not included in our shipping list at this time.
